With the spring thawing out the remnants of winter, this is a good time to show your home some love after the long winter months. 1. ROOF CHECK
Studies have proven that it is five times less expensive to conduct regular roof inspections than to wait for a problem to appear. A visual inspection of your roof and related areas (drains, plumbing vents, skylights, ventilators…) can be carried out in order to identify and address any problems that appear or may potentially arise. Once evaluated, a proper course of action can be mapped out to help plan any future work that may be needed. It’s also a good idea to check your gutters to ensure there is not water back-up which can cause serious damage.
